By scheduling or participating in services with Elevate You LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Elevate You LLC provides concierge coaching and therapeutic support services. Services are intended to support personal growth, mindset development, emotional awareness, and overall well-being.
Therapy services are not a substitute for emergency mental health care, psychiatric services, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards.
However, confidentiality may be legally limited in situations including but not limited to:
Risk of harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse or neglect (as required by law)
Court orders or legal subpoenas
Clients will be informed when confidentiality must be broken under legal obligation.

Sessions are scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a full session fee.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment will be communicated prior to your session.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until resolved.
Therapeutic and coaching outcomes depend on active participation and personal commitment. Clients agree to:
Engage honestly in sessions
Take responsibility for decisions made outside of sessions
Communicate openly about concerns or discomfort
Clients may discontinue services at any time. Elevate You LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:
Payment policies are repeatedly violated
Client behavior is inappropriate or unsafe
Services are no longer clinically appropriate
By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
